The Alaska Recreation and Parks Association (ARPA) Annual Conference is back in Soldotna for another year! This year’s conference will feature thought-provoking keynote speakers, dynamic education sessions, dedicated sponsors and plenty of unique ways to network and connect with peers from across the state. If you are passionate about parks and recreation, you should not miss this event.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Oct. 12th - Wednesday- Full Conference day with keynote luncheon and evening social event.
Oct. 13th - Thursday - Full conference day with the awards banquet and auction.

Oct. 10th - Monday: American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor Course – Day 1
Oct. 11th - Tuesday: American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor Course – Day 2
Oct. 11th - Tuesday: Inclusive Playground Design Workshop  
Oct. 14th - Friday – Certified Pool Operator Course


HOTEL INFORMATION: For ARPA conference rate please call each hotel.
Kenai River Lodge: Locally owned lodging right on the Kenai River. This location is a quick 1-mile walk to the Soldotna Regional ports Complex. $110 for single, $120 for double.

Air BnB or bring a tent and camp out in our beautiful Centennial Campground for free because it will be super cold, but a cool story.
